Our services are available to all customers, regardless of whether they are party to a service support agreement or an enhanced agreement. (Fees and extra charges may apply depending on service agreement in place.)

LifeCycle and Support

Advania PMAx is designed for specific releases of Dynamics Ax and follows the Dynamics Ax roadmap. Support is for the last two releases, as it is with Microsoft. If customers have an enhanced agreement, they receive rights to the most recent releases, but will be charged for installation, configuration, modification and data transfer.
